A Certified PX3 Provider will begin with a personal assessment to determine if PX3 is the right solution for you.

 

2. Digital Dental Scan
Once you’re ready to proceed, a certified dental professional will capture a 3D digital scan of your teeth. This quick, painless process takes only 10–15 minutes.

 

3. AI CAD Design
Your scans are securely sent to our expert lab team, who use our advanced AI CAD software and our patented design process to create your custom PX3.

 

4. Precision 3D Printing
Your mouthwear is then fabricated using premium FDA-approved materials and medical-grade 3D printers. Each PX3 is expertly crafted to match your teeth, bite, and unique performance needs.

 

5. Authenticate & Enjoy
Inside your PX3 case, you’ll find a QR code to authenticate and register your product for warranty coverage. All registered PX3 mouthwear comes with a one-year Perfect Fit Guarantee and standard manufacturing warranty.
