Your use of the PX3 Website is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. By using this PX3 site, you agree to our collection and utilization of your personal information. Please read this Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

Unless otherwise noted, this policy does not apply to information collected from you offline or to third party Websites to which the PX3 site may link. PX3 is not responsible for the privacy policies of any third party Websites. Any questions pertaining to these third party practices should be directed to that organization.

How This Privacy Policy Defines “Personal Information”
“Personal information” means information that could reasonably be used to identify you and which is submitted to and/or collected by the PX3 Website. The types of personal information collected on these pages may include name, email address, postal address, phone number, gender, and when necessary, credit card information.

How Information is Collected Online
PX3 receives personal information through submission and collection (i.e. when you create an account on the Website, make purchases, contact us or request to receive communications.) In order to better understand your preferences, we may combine data you give us online with other information from PX3 communications. This may include information from events or direct mail. For customer convenience, PX3’s database allows consumers to create an account to voluntarily store their shipping information. This information is accessed through the "Account" section of the site. PX3 does not store cardholder data and billing information in compliance with PCI standards.  PX3 uses a PCI DSS compliant third-party vendor to handle the storage, processing and/or transmission of cardholder data. 

 
 
WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

 

If the products received are nonconforming, defective or not consistent with the order as far as color, spelling or custom options, simply notify PX3 via phone at 800-951-8922 or via email at: info@px3.com and then download, complete and return the merchandise return authorization form with the defective product to the address on the form within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of receiving the order. 

 

PX3 shall not, in any case, be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or other similar damages arising out of or relating in any way to or from breach of warranty, breach of contract, or negligence. The PX3 Product Warranty does not cover items that are lost, or in the event that the product has been exposed to extreme temperatures, sharp objects or used in inappropriate means.

 

  • Step 1. Please Email PX3 Customer Care Team at info@px3.com to request your PX3 Return Authorization Form. Please include your name, contact information, a brief description of the problem, and a copy of your receipt dated within the warranty period. 

  • Step 2. After completing the form, securely pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product.

  • Step 3. PX3 shall provide you a refund based on your original method of payment.

 

The product must be returned to PX3 within 30 calendar days of receiving the Return Authorization Form. PX3 is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, user acknowledges that unless user strictly complies with the returned goods policy set forth in this paragraph, user’s purchase shall be deemed final and user shall be deemed to have released PX3 from (i) any claim for refund or credit, and (ii) any type of damages whatsoever.

 

If PX3 is unable to repair or replace the goods, PX3 shall provide the user with a full credit for the order, shipping and handling fees. No credits or refunds or repairs shall be provided for items returned without the merchandise return authorization form.
